Brothers,
My name is Brother Edward Pope your International Director of the Sigma Beta Club. We are working hard to transform the current infrastructure of the Sigma Beta Club so that we may better serve our chapters nationally along with our young men who are members of this historical program.
We are attempting to build a comprhensive list of Sigma Beta Club chapters and advisor list. Please contact me at epope@cableone.net if you are an advisor, or have the name of an advisor for your chapter. Please forward me the name of the Sigma Beta Club Chapter in your area as well.
This information is critical to the development of a stronger Sigma Beta Club program for our Fraternity. I appreciate your immediate response in this matter, and also your patience as we continue to build a better process for you the member. Sigma World Champs – Bro. Hines Ward wins MVP
Congratulations to Brothers Charlie Batch, Willie Williams, Verron Hayes, Joey Porter, Deshea Townsend and MVP Hines Ward of the World Champion Pittsburgh Steelers. And don’t think that these Sigmas didn’t impact the game:
- Verron Hayes – 1 rush for 2 yards
- Joey Porter – 2 tackles
- Deshea Townsend – 5 tackles and 1 sack
- Hines Ward – 1 rush for 18 yards, 5 receptions for 123 yards, 1 TD and the MVP trophy

i received some clarification on the “no on-site registration.” registrations will be accepted all the way up to the conference, however you may not get all your goodies. i suggested the following clarification:
Important Note: In order to ensure you enjoy all the benefits included with the conference registration (including the conference gift and conference meals), your registration must be received by March 1, 2006.
in addition, i learned the target paid registrants without having to dip into the regional piggy bank is 60 and we’re currently at 28. if you’re at all considering going to the conference, please make every effort to finalize your plans and register today.
