Lambda Chapter History With a Personal Touch
These are pictures from Lambda Chapter at VA Union University. The Zeta Paddle says 1950. My Dad (John Gordon) is third from the left on the top picture with them holding paddles and third from the right on the bottom picture. Dad said he crossed in 1951. Can any Brother identify any of the other Brothers in this picture? Dad said when he was on line a Big Brother made him clean out his sink and it was the nastiest sink he had ever seen. He also mentioned that a Brother hit him too high on his back with a paddle and he thought he was going to be paralyzed. As serious as it sounds I laughed my a** off when he told the story. I think Hon. Bro. Millard Watkins could help with naming the Brothers. Bro. Authur, please forward these to Bro. Watkins. He and my Dad lived on the same street in Richmond, VA. Dad has gone on to be with the Founders but like so many , he kept our cause on its way.
