Brothers, if you are going to Conclave 2007 in Charlotte , make your reservations.<\/p>\n

Rate right now is $109.00 per night. The Westin is brand new and its nice. The rooms normally go anywhere from $230.00 to $260.00\/night. So, they did get a great rate. www.westin.com<\/a><\/p>\n

At our state meeting we were told only Brothers who registered for the Conclave would get the $109.00 rate, but this is not true. Call the hotel direct and tell them you are with the Phi Beta Sigma Conference.<\/p>\n

Apparently they are trying to prevent those not registered from booking all the hotel rooms. They have the right to cancel reservations for those not registered. However, they will probably not do that anytime soon. Mainly due to the fact that registration materials are not out there yet. When registration fees start rolling in and rooms begin to disappear they might begin to do that.<\/p>\n

I recommend you get on the early bird registration also. That is when the information is mailed out to you, which should be shortly. See fees below.<\/p>\n
