so the blue law topic of the day is how long after you’ve fratted something does transfer of ownership occur? my other sands, marlon, says one year ’cause if you ain’t missed it in a year, then it couldn’t have been that valuable. he goes on to add, unless you’re from out of town – then it should be two years.<\/p>\n
