\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\nPrepare financial reports and analysis, variance statements.
\nPrepare and monitor chapter, division, and department budgets.
\nUnderstand and manage Chapter Walk Management System (CWMS) and reconcile IFS to CWMS monthly.
\nOversee the Volunteer Donor and Event Management (VDEM) program for Chapter.
\nEnsure balance sheet accounts are reconciled. Prepare all financial records for yearly audit and manage audit process.
\nOffice management, including equipment purchases and maintenance, purchasing office supplies, and mail distribution.
\nOversee all computer functions.
\nSupervise staff and volunteers.<\/p>\n
\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent.
\nMinimum 5 years experience.
\nKnowledge of Word, Excel and Access.
\nKnowledge of Windows NT and JD Edwards helpful.
\nMust be detail oriented.<\/p>\n
