The school, located in the  Downtown Richmond and named after Hon. Bro. George Washington Carver, was also the site  of the 1952 Conclave. Richmond&#8217;s chapters of Zeta Phi Beta and Phi Beta Sigma plan to  make this an annual program moving forward. Thank you to Family Dollar and J.
