In addition to serving as an umbrella site for some collegiate chapters, it was designed with the following in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote our strong bond of brotherhood<\/li>\n<li>Promote and highlight the ideals\/objectives of PBS<\/li>\n<li>Spotlight activities of brothers throughout the Bay Area<\/li>\n<li>Be launchpad for those unfamiliar with PBS&#8217; philanthropic involvement (Sigma Beta Club, HIV awareness initiatives etc. in the Bay Area<\/li>\n<li>Make our presence and impact known in all fields of study and occupations including; traditional commerce, e-commerce, high tech industry, education, law, entrepreneurial endeavors, the arts, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Feel free to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/BayAreaSigmas\">Like us on Facebook<\/a> as well.<\/p>\n<div style=\"float: left; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bayareasigmas.com\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bluephi.net\/images\/ANS_spring2011.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Last night in Oakland, I was honored to be a part of another? ceremony as the Alpha Nu Sigma chapter initiated the newest Brothers into our Fraternity.
