In addition to that, on Saturday, Brother Carter Womack and Brother Winston O&#8217;Neal will be facilitating a leadership workshop for the regional first and vice regional directors, state\/area directors and other officers. topics include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>overview of the 7 point plan<\/li>\n<li>building Sigma ONE chapter at a time<\/li>\n<li>roles and responsibilities of officers<\/li>\n<li>what does it mean to be an effective leader in Sigma?<\/li>\n<li>managing time to maximize results<\/li>\n<li>conducting chapter assessments\/audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The weekend concludes with <em>A Salute to Roswell O. Sutton: Celebrating 85 Years of Service<\/em>. Brother Sutton is the 17th National President, serving from 1960-1962. It&#8217;s going to be a humbling experience sharing the company of such great Sigma men.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t have the agenda for the General Board meeting itself, but if I get it in time to post it I will.
