get out and VOTE

Vote

regardless of your political affiliation, there’s no arguing that tomorrow’s election will be an historic one. i really should have been more proactive earlier on the campaign trail by urging you to register and posting reminders of the key deadlines. regrettably, i didn’t think about posting anything until i heard about the voter registration deadline and worse yet, didn’t even get around to doing anything until now. better late than never, right?

i finally got around to filling out my absentee ballot over the weekend and dropped it in the mail yesterday. part of me thought about getting in line just to be around the buzz.

my sands put it well saying “this is our election. it’s our generation that’s making decisions to shape the future.” we joked about how we’re the ones tivo-ing the debates and it’s the kids who are complaining about it being on every dang channel.

we’ve transformed this site to highlight our fraternity’s rich history, but now we’re in the position to make history. please make every effort to make sure you get out and vote tomorrow.
