- Dear Brothers of Phi Beta Sigma,Anyone that has heard me on the site has probably heard me make some complaint about the frat operations and membership. I recently brought some of my concerns to the current Eastern Regional Director and suggest that we have a survey for brothers that have recently left the fold. He said it was good idea but who would create it for the region? Myself and some other brothers have volunteered to collect the information and create the survey.
Categories that we are focusing on so far are:
- Headquarter’s operation
- Delivery of new member material (certificates, membership cards, pins, etc)
- Hosting of regional and national conferences
- Current intake processes and membership
- Creation of job opportunities through structured networking system
- Relationships with of fraternity with other organization (ZPB, NPHC, non profits)
- Transition from collegiate to alumni chapters
