Sad news out of Richmond, VA…

It is my task to report to the Brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. that our 26th International President, the Honorable Brother Moses C. McClendon, transfered to the Omega Chapter this morning. More information will be given later.

Honorable Brother McClendon knew MHF Leonard F. Morse as a child in Florida. He later attended Edward Waters College when it was a two year institution and became a member of Phi Beta Sigma’s Zeta Chapter at Morris Brown College. Honorable Brother McClendon was employed by AT&T in Richmond, Virginia for many years. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, one son (Brother Moses C. McClendon II. – AAA Chapter 1993), and a grandson.
Pops was taught by LF Morse in college and has two grandsons. Also, he was not a Sr. and I also was not a Jr.
